Pre-College Education Goals

MATC plans to deliver an educational outreach program to encourage K-12 students to pursue careers in transportation-related fields.

MATC recently developed a summer institute that brings in K-12 educators to work with transportation professionals to develop materials for their students that are based on transportation research.

The summer institute will be expanded so that transportation faculty and science and math teachers throughout Region 7 can participate.
